Did you know?

I'm 25 today and my roommate bought me Starcraft 2 for a wedding present. But who cares? I'm getting married in 14 DAYS!

oh yessssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss!!!

I got an 88 on my tax final. This means I keep my B in the class. I'm very very happy about that. So I'll end up with an A in business law, a B in my 301 accounting class, a B in my tax class, and drum roll... a big beautiful C in my 333 class. Yay! First C since I've been back from my mission. Actually I'm not thrilled about that, but since about a third of students either drop out or end up retaking that class I'm feeling okay with it. Br. Clarke's wish is that everybody gets sick of the class and drop before the end of the semester. I think our class was half of what it was on the first day.

What makes me even more happy than that is the fact that I will be married in 18 DAYS! I know pretty amazing. And I will be getting married to the most amazing woman. Beautiful voice, smarts, and gorgeous. I definitely got the better end of the deal. All she got was looks.

Emily has been very busy getting everything ready for our wedding. Yesterday I told her that I'd really like to be there right now to help her and make things more fun, but you do what you can. At least her mom is in Utah now and able to help keep her sane. Anne really has helped a lot with the wedding too, especially with all the wedding labels. Thanks Anne.

I can't tell you how happy I am right now. The semester is FINALLY over and I'm getting married in a very short time. Happiest time of my life right now.

Happy Father's Day pops!

Well pops, happy fathers day. It's nice to have a good example in a world today that's full of bad ones.

One of my best momories of dad is going to fathers and sons outing with him. Roasting marshmallows and eating pancakes. The games and activities were pretty good, but I think I most enjoyed walking around the Santa Fe damn down there with dad and the brothers. I am also grateful for all the encouraging letters I received from my dad on my mission. Sometimes thy came at a really needed point in my mission.

So thanks pops for being a good man when sometimes they are hard to find these days.

That time of year...

I think it's about time I purchase another nose hair trimmer. I was going to get my old one while at home during the break, but it wasn't there.

I wouldn't be surprised if Charles has nice short nose hairs.

Or i could just grow a mustache

I misses her

My sweetheart is gone away. Gone away to Italy. I won't see her for about seven weeks. :(

Now my life turns into homework, working out, and teaching the priesthood lesson.

Ohhhh what a looong time until August.

Wait, aren't those dirty?

My roommate is cleaning out the dishwasher right now. I've put several dirty dishes in there since last night; everyone has been pretty good about rinsing off their dishes before they put them in, so I can understand that he might think they are clean. But I know I put a knife in there with butter on it that wasn't clean this morning. Let's see what he does with it.

waiting...

waiting...

He looked at it and tossed it in the sink. Then he put all the rest of the silverware into the drawer. Also in there was a dirty bowl that I used this morning for my yogurt and granola, a bowl from last night that I used for cereal, and plates and knives that many people used to eat pie on. All had been RINSED nicely though, so no chance of getting sick right? *sniff*

I can't wait to marry Emily.

Now comes the moral dilemma of sharing this information with my roommates, including the one that cleaned out the dishwasher...

What they don't know can't hurt them.
