Yeah I know, they look good. Do they not? And so do I except for that dorky smile that Cleo caught me with. Anyway, these are baked pears topped with brown sugar, cinnamon, ground cloves, a white chocolate sauce, dried cranberries, and sliced almonds. Celestial.

The pears *were* delicious! Roasted perfectly, hot with a glaze. Sooo good. The perfect fall dessert.
And the best part is... Hugh cleans up after cooking! :)
