What does an 'Encouragement Award' mean? "We thought you gave things a nice try and want to encourage you to come back next year?" Or, perhaps, "we really, really, really like you and want to STRONGLY ENCOURAGE you to come back next year." Or perhaps something a little more esoteric?
That's great, but I'm wondering what the award represents too.
